MomCave LIVE | “Best-of” | NOT Safe for Kids!

MomCave NY Video Meetup

DO NOT WATCH THIS VIDEO IN FRONT OF YOUR KIDS! Okay, you’ve been warned.

MomCave LIVE started out as a weekly live show we (Jen, Valisa, Stephanie, & Dina) did on YouTube. We picked a topic to dish about each week and added hilarious guests and cool giveaways. A Brooklyn blogger called it “Wayne’s World for Moms!” and it was nominated for an IAWTV Award for “Best Live Series.”

And then I had a second child…. And the live show happened less and less often. But with the popularity of FACEBOOK live, we’ve now revived it as a live broadcast on Facebook–because apparently, that’s where moms of “advanced maternal age” hang out. (Women 35 or older are known as ‘advanced maternal age.’ Whatevs.)

The video below is our “Best of” the past year or so. (For our previous, “Best of,” click here.) If you are offended by mentions of sex, commiseration over the stress of parenthood, or talk of minivans, you might not like it. But if you’re a mom who can simultaneously love your children while wanting to throttle them (like us!) you’ll love it.

She's a working actress in NYC who has appeared in films, commercials, and some very off-off Broadway plays. She lives with her husband, Evan, bandleader of The Hot Sardines and two spirited children.
